This website, yourdigitalworker.com, presents Digital Worker, a product of Digital Apex (legal entity: Apex Academy d.o.o., Stepinčeva 79, 21000 Split, Croatia, OIB 77296720425). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: info@apexacademy.hr.
Server logs. Like every web server, ours records technical access data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) to keep the site secure and functioning. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: 30 days.
Analytics — only with your consent. If you accept our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation to understand how the site is used. If you decline, no analytics run at all. Legal basis: consent, revocable at any time (see the cookie policy).
Contact form. If you send us a message, we process the details you provide (name, email, company, message) to respond to your enquiry. The data is stored on our own servers in the EU — not with a third-party form provider. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and legitimate interest in responding. Retention: for the duration of our correspondence and at most 12 months after it ends.
Site assistant (AI chat). This website offers an AI assistant. It is clearly labelled as AI — you are never led to believe you are talking to a person. What you type is sent to our own platform, running on our server in the EU, and is processed to generate an answer; conversations are stored so we can check quality and fix mistakes. If you ask to be contacted, the assistant shows you a short form — filled in with whatever you already told it — and nothing is stored as an enquiry until you press send yourself; from there it is handled exactly like the contact form above. Please do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords or confidential information into the chat — it is a sales assistant, not a secure channel. A copy of the conversation is also kept in your own browser for up to 6 hours so it is still there if you open a tour and come back — it stays on your device, and the clear button in the assistant's footer removes it immediately. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering website visitors, and steps prior to entering a contract when you ask to be contacted. Retention: conversations up to 12 months; enquiries as described above. To generate answers, message content may be processed by our AI provider under a data-processing agreement; on request we can tell you which provider is in use at the time.
Website hosting is on our own infrastructure in the European Union. If you consent to analytics, Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) processes usage data as described in their own privacy documentation; this may involve transfers outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No other third parties receive your data from this website.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Write to info@apexacademy.hr — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Croatia that is AZOP (azop.hr).
