1.Servers and prices
When we host it, every customer gets a dedicated server in an EU data centre, used only by that company. The price depends only on the server size; users, assistants and apps are unlimited on every size.

Move up whenever you like and the new rate starts the following month. Moving down happens at renewal. A test copy is a second server your size for trying upgrades and changes, not for production. Extra disk: €50 per TB a month, up to 8 TB. Prices in EUR a month, excluding VAT.
2.Hosting
- We host it
- A dedicated server in an EU data centre, provisioned, updated, patched, monitored and backed up by us. Daily off-site backups; TLS everywhere.
- Host it yourself
- €960 a month. Your own hardware, in your data centre or cloud, any size. We install it on your hardware at no charge once you sign. The free month runs on our base server first.
- More installations
- On your own hardware: another production installation, for another company in your group or another site, €960 a month; a test or staging installation €365 a month.
- Responsibility
- On hardware we do not run we support the platform, not the machine: uptime, recovery point and recovery time stay with you.
3.Service levels

- €250 a month, or 15% of the monthly price when that is more (AI usage does not count). Answers within 4 business hours and a named person to call.
4.Security
- Single-tenant: your own server, not a shared cloud tenant.
- TLS everywhere, encrypted stored credentials, daily off-site backups.
- A full audit trail: every state-changing action is logged, with who, what and when.
- Roles and permissions per person; single sign-on (SAML, OIDC) on request.
- AI spend tracked per assistant, tool and app, with budgets.
5.Data protection and compliance
- EU data residency: your server is in an EU data centre. With a Private AI GPU, AI processing never leaves it.
- GDPR: data export on request, a Data Processing Agreement and a sub-processor list come with every contract.
- EU AI Act: AI disclosure is built into every assistant surface, with per-app compliance documentation.
- The platform's legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms, Data Processing Agreement, Service Level Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, sub-processors, EU AI Act statement) come with your contract and are published in every instance under
/legal/.
6.AI models
- Your own key
- Connect your OpenAI or Anthropic key, always free to connect, with no ceiling and no markup from us.
- AI usage from us
- €50 blocks a month, at the list price of the model used plus a 5% fee, from the next platform update. Usage measured at the list price of the model used. Unused usage does not carry over. When a month's blocks run out, AI pauses and your administrator is told: add a block or use your own key.
- Local models
- Unmetered on your server from 4 cores up (see the table above for what each size runs), and on your own hardware when you host it yourself.
- Private AI GPUs
- Private AI, small GPU: €750 a month. Private AI, large GPU: €2,000 a month. On request; GPUs are not held in stock, so delivery is confirmed when you order.
7.The platform
- Build
- AI agents with their own instructions, tools and knowledge; visual workflows; apps and pages; knowledge bases over your documents; databases per app; installable templates.
- Run
- Web chat and voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email, embeds on your own sites, scheduled jobs, and MCP for Cursor and Claude.
- Observe
- Transcripts, an audit log, cost per agent, and test suites.
- Improve
- Reusable skills; improvements are proposed and wait for your approval, as versioned changes.
8.Contract
A free month on the base server with hands-on onboarding. Nothing to sign until it ends, and nothing to pay if you stop. After that, a 12 month contract, invoiced monthly, with one price list and no discount for committing longer. An increase at renewal is capped at inflation plus 2 points. Prices exclude VAT.
